By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Reservation and Payment
To reserve a spot in one of our courses or trips, you must make a payment in full or a deposit as specified on our website. Payments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. A reservation is considered confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.
Groups leaders & Dive instructors
Group leaders and Dive instructors are welcome to bring their own student and novice divers to Dive under our professional supervision. As long as your active members of a recognized diving association, feel free to conduct any course you wish for your student and our instructors & dive guides will support you in any way possible from recommending suitable dive sites to assisting with your students.
• WE don’t plan a mixed group of professional divers and newly certified divers as this could lead to restrictions and dissatisfaction.
• Your maximum diving depth will be dependent on your level of training and experience Or our local depth regulation Rules
• The absolute maximum depth for Scuba diving in Red Sea is 40 meters with qualified training certificate and equally qualified buddy.
• It is your responsibility to check what depths your insurance policy covers before arrival. Decompression diving, solo diving and technical diving is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 Hours prior to the start of a course or trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 Hours from the tour date will apply a 25% deduction from the tour price.
Cancellations made within 12 Hours of the start of a course or trip will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made on the day of the start of a course or trip or for no-shows.- Cancellations request to be sent by e-mail to info@coralreef-divers.com
- The refund requests will be processed within Hours from the requested date.
Age and Health Requirements
You must be at least 10 years old to participate in our junior courses, and at least 12 years old to participate in open water dives. You must also complete a medical questionnaire and obtain a physician’s approval if necessary. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to dive, it is your responsibility to inform us prior to the start of the course or trip.
Equipment and Gear Rental
We offer equipment and gear rental for an additional fees shown in our price list . It is your responsibility to ensure that the equipment fits properly and that you are comfortable using it. If you have any concerns about the fit or function of the equipment, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Dive Safety
Scuba diving safety history is reduced to the minimal But our activity and requires a high level of personal responsibility and awareness. You must follow all instructions given by our instructors and staff, and adhere to established dive protocols and best practices. You must also be physically and mentally fit to dive and must not dive under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Liability Release and Waiver
By accessing and using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless Coral Reef Divers and its employees, contractors, agents, and affiliated organizations from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from your participation in our courses or trips, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and loss of life.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Egyptian Laws. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
